Isn't a gift about death a bit… uncomfortable?

We understand, and that's exactly why ATHAR exists. This isn't a gift about death; it's a gift about words. The perfume is beautiful. The box is beautiful. And inside is a warm, gentle reminder booklet that helps someone say the things every family wishes they had in writing. People who receive it don't describe it as sad. They describe it as the most meaningful thing anyone has ever given them.

Is the booklet a legal will?

No, and it doesn't pretend to be. The Last Letter is a guided personal wasiyyah: your wishes, your words, your trusts and your faith, recorded in your own hand. It's the heart that legal documents lack, and the starting point most people never get to. We encourage readers to formalise the legal side with a qualified professional in their country, and the booklet says so clearly.

When do pre-orders ship?

The First Trace Edition is in final production. Pre-order reservations are free; when the batch is confirmed you'll receive a private checkout link, and numbered sets ship to pre-order customers first, before any general release. Reservation order determines set numbers, so earlier reservations receive lower numbers.

Do I pay now?

No. Reserving your set today costs nothing. You'll be invited to complete your purchase at locked pre-order pricing before the public release. If you change your mind, simply ignore the invitation. Your reservation lapses and the number is released.

What is the fragrance like? Is it unisex?

ATHAR opens with grapefruit and mandarin orange, settles into jasmine and marine notes, and finishes on a lasting trace of ambergris, patchouli and musk. It is warm, elegant and fully unisex, composed in the tradition of the fragrances the Prophet ﷺ loved, made to be worn by anyone and remembered by everyone.

Will there be a second batch?

In shaa Allah, but not like this one. Only the first 500 sets carry First Trace Edition numbering. Future batches will be standard sets.
